City of West Sacramento

You may have noticed a new for sale sign displayed on the Pheasant Club property at the corner of Jefferson and Lake Washington Boulevards. The City recently bought the site and it is now available. 

Keep in mind, the City will be selective about the buyer to ensure that any proposed project matches the goal to have a community and food-oriented use at the property that also preserves the history of the building.
